The Northern Rangers headed out on the Coal Creek Trail yesterday, March 31. It was raining, but we saw a variety of artifacts along the trail and some pretty good sites.
I also recommend bringing along the book, "An authoritative guide to the hiking trails of Cougar Mountain", by Charles McCrone.
